The user join element allows users of your website to register their presence by providing an alias, e-mail address, password and optionally an Avatar. Once a user has registered with your website, they will then be able to post messages on forums and may be able to view areas of your website that are hidden from the general public. An alias is a name that a registered user of your website is publicly known by. An avatar is an image that a user can upload and which is displayed next to messages that they post on forums within your website.
