In this day and age, generic email addresses (such as those provided by Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail or an Internet Service Provider) does not always cut it. Riverside Internet can provide you with professional sounding email addresses like sales@yourcompany.com, info@yourcompany.com or yourname@yourcompany.com.

We can help you through the process of deciding what email addresses you need and can setup all of your email addresses and services such as mail forwarding.

The charge for email hosting is £6.50 + VAT per month (per domain name). The following features are included:

• Up to 100 email addresses (150Mb of storage per user)
• POP3 and SMTP access
• Mail forwarding and autoresponders
• Webmail and web administration
• Server side spam filtering
• Free virus scanning
• Outgoing SMTP
• Microsoft Outlook synchronisation

Riverside Internet can help you setup third party email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail and Mozilla Thunderbird and can train you to use our webmail browser based email user interface. We can also show you how to access your Riverside Internet hosted email on devices such as Apple's iPhone.
